The Spurs boss lost his first game in charge of the club in a shocking twist in the Europa Conference League.
Tottenham manager Antonio Conte has conceded he has ‘a lot of work’ on his plate after a ‘bad loss’.
The Italian suffered his first defeat since replacing Nuno Espirito Santo this month in a surprise 2-1 loss to Slovenian champions Mura in the Europa Conference League on Thursday.
Despite Harry Kane canceling out Tomi Horvat’s early opener in the second half, a 10-man Spurs couldn’t hold on as Amadej Marosa’s injury-time winner sealed all three points for Mura.

“It’s a bad result, a bad loss for us and honestly we didn’t expect it,” Conte told SpursTV.
“We complicated the game, but we know that there is a lot to work on and, especially after this type of game, you know that we need time and we need patience.
The Spurs coach added: “After three weeks I am starting to understand the situation. It is not simple. At this moment the level at Tottenham is not so high.”
Tottenham return to Europa Conference League action on December 9 at home to Group G winners Rennes.
They’ll be without the suspended Ryan Sessegnon for the clash after the winger’s red card against Mura.
